and because we make and individualize all our products
OURSELVES, a little extra time is needed to ensure our
customers get only the best quality product.
Only general arrival dates can be given. Specific Arrival dates at this time cannot be
guaranteed, it is based on the U.S. Postal Service and
the shipment method used. If overnight
shipping is needed please contact us by phone.
During the holiday season (Nov 1st through Dec) please
add a few extra days for processing.

blankets after Dec 1st not guaranteed before Christmas
due to the time they take to make **
Starting Dec 1st start using Priority Mail or
your order may not make it by Christmas. Dec 1st is the
last day to order bibs and blankets. Thursday December 18th will
be the last day to order books and other personalized
gifts. Arrival dates at this time cannot be guaranteed,
it is based on the U.S. Postal Service.
During the
non-holiday
season (Jan
to Oct), we will
do our best to process (create and package)
within 1 week of order placement.
Actual
shipment
time will then
depend on
the shipment
method
chosen at
the time of
the order
and should
be added to
the
processing
time.

as these are
hand-stitched
when we
receive the
